Here is an application that will enable you to keep track of and always have to hand all information relative to your health and the one of each member of your family: blood group, blood pressure, medications , allergies, diagnostic tests and results, infectious diseases, vaccinations, ...
This information could prove of great importance in a variety of everyday situations from a routine medical check up – where details of any medical prescriptions can be recorded – to any possible emergency situation where it becomes vital to have immediate access to data such as blood groups, allergies, results of diagnostic testing, prescribed medication etc.

Family Medical History will allow you to always have at your fingertips:

- Your family main personal and health data (blood group, RH factor, health service number….)

- A list of prescribed medications, their indications and the frequency of assumption. A list of any diagnostic testing undertaken or planned with relevant dates and results.

- A list of any noted allergies, the allergic factors involved and the remedies necessary to relieve the symptoms.

- A list of diseases contracted and their dates.

- Blood pressure and weight trend

- A list of all vaccinations offered and taken up, together with reminders of the dates for boosters to be administered. Any reactions and subsequent remedies can also be logged.

- A dedicated point of access to the main phone numbers relevant to your and your family health (doctor, paediatrician, general practitioner, health visitor, emergency services, Poison Centre, Burns Centre…..).

Family Medical History is now integrated with Family Medical History for iPad and Family Medical History for Mac (find it on the Mac App Store). Press a button and export your data on a .fmh file that can be reimported into any of your copies of Family Medical History, Family Medical History for iPad or Family Medical History for Mac. I really like the idea of this application. I like to travel and if I ever get sick and need to go to a medical clinic or a hospital, Id be able to pop up this app. and give any health professional my past medical history instead of bringing all my documents. Very easy to use and very organized. I gave it 4/5 due to the fact that I find that there are things that I think should be added. Ive emailed the developer and made a few suggestions. He responded quickly and I hope to see an updated version soon.

Got this for my wife, now shes got all our familys health records in her pocket at all times. Cant live without it!

This app is going to be perfect for keeping track of the family and all the dr. appts we have. However, I really would need this app to keep all the same data and update for every user in my household. So my husband can take the children to the dr having all the same data at his fingertips. Currently I will be the only one to keep and maintain ALL the data.

After 3 moves I finally feel like all our medical information is on one place! The immunization records for children is especially helpful and easy to use. Thank you to the creator for getting me organized!!

Perfect to track all my family members medical information. Password protection is a key feature. Precompiled sections and export functionality for backup are great

Like this app but it needs a section that lets you list which diseases you have. The infectious disease section doesnt help for this.

Some bad moments

Difficult to use / non English entries / not much in it / can not review quickly - must hit too many buttons / not recconmended / needs work

Its a nice product organization wise but everything is fill in the blank. No meds, doses, frequency, surgery, allergy, etc to pick from. The screen shots dont show you this. Its like having a blank piece of paper in front of you. If you have a large medical history like my family it takes forever to type in all this data. I wish Id have picked some other program to spend money on.

I loved this app until I had to reinstall my phone and lost all the data. It took a while to compile the info in the beginning, but I didnt mind. Now that I lost all the info, I wont take the time again. Im pretty disappointed!

Tenía anotado varias historias y al actualizar me borro todo.. No gasten su tiempo.. I had all my familiar history and when I download the new version, the program. Erase all my notes..
